Cayos Cochinos consist of two small islands (Cayo Menor and Cayo Grande) and 13 smaller coral cays situated on the northern shores of Honduras, 30 kilometres (19 miles) northeast of La Ceiba and 40 kilometres (25 miles) South of Roatan.

Since 1994 this Islands and Cays are a protected Marine Reserve.

Cayos Cochinos Safari Program:
