Utila is one of the 3 Bay Islands of Honduras and is located 50 kilometers (27 nautical miles) SW of Roatan.
All year round there are chances for whale shark encounters with higher chances during March to May and August to October.
This Safari can only be done if the weather conditions are ideal and if there are whale sharks spotted in the previous days.
UTILA Safari Program:
boat departure at 7:30am (ETD) from Paradise Beach Hotel
during the tour we might spot wild dolphins or whales
time for snorkeling in different locations every time a whale shark is spotted
boat return at 4:30pm (ETA) to Paradise Beach Hotel
